Flue gas condensation heat recovery technology has a good technical and economic performance in industrial exhaust waste recovery. Thermal efficiency analysis is the traditional method for flue system but it cannot reflect recovered degree. Exergy analysis, which can energy degree, was first applied to evaluation of this paper. The calculation wet exergy more complex as both mass transfer presented. (EE) utilization rate (EUR) were proposed indexes analysis. comparative three schemes practical project. results show that when water vapor content less than 10%, condensed be neglected calculating EE. EUR could used comprehensive index comparing different schemes, EE judge whether grade exchange equipment seriously decreased. effectively make up deficiency thermal not utilization. are recommended simultaneously system.
